Yeah this game sucks and I haven't even played it yet! Can't even logon. If I can't play it in the next 10 minutes, I am moving on to another game.... huge fail!!

my solutions would be:
-check to see if you have multiple accounts. if you do, check to see if any are banned.
-server glitch
-someone probably hacked your account and is probably playing it right now.
these are some reasons why you can't get on. if these are not the case, contact support and see what they can do.
