Unable to launch

Okay, So I have the following set-up:
Intel R Core 2 Duo T5550 @ 1.83 Ghz
Windows Vista service Pack 2 32-bit
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
3.0 GB
I have both tried running the game from the site and tried installing it, to include uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times (and I have the newest version of Java as well). The gum does not initialize. Any idea why this is?

Yea, everything is running
Yea, everything is running top-notch, and I'm able to run other Java games like Runescape. Not sure of what the issue may be TBH, hence why I'm stumped. It's not Java, it's not the card, not sure what it is.
Have you attempted installing new graphics drivers? If your drivers are up do date by your laptop vendor then you may need to shoehorn Intel's latest release in. I run the game on a Mobile 965 chipset (sometimes known as the GMA X3100) when on the go with my laptop with a Vista 64 build. It ran from the moment of installing.
If you do get it running you'll likely notice that sometimes the shadows and lighting in the game are a bit off. This is a known issue with this chipset that is likely unfix-able (it happens on other games too).
