I was planning to buy 5* recipes and then selling them for 5k extra aka 30k compare to 25k, if I did start this would it be a good idea? and would you actually pay 5k more for a recipe?

People will pay more because
People will pay more because they don't have to rely on luck to get the recipe on the traveling seller. My habit is diving till either the recipe shows up or I've gotten enough money from diving to get it on the AH. Whichever comes first.

Good luck getting only recipes that you were asked for...
It's much more common to buy recipes when you pass at Basil, select the best selling ones, or those that you were explicitly asked for, and sell in the AH or to the byuers...
depends on the demand on your 5* recipes
