I felt like this belonged here rather than the Guild Recruitment section. Anyway...

Can someone explain to me how guilds work in this game? I was considering making a guild for me and my IRL friends that play this game. However, what does one have to do to run a guild? I know how to make one, but I'm basically asking is I have to maintain it or whatnot. Thanks for any help you might provide
