There was a notice sent out stating that going solo was bugged. I would suggest not doing it for now and you should check your mail.

My friend you should check you email at game, there was new email from SK HQ and there was message that "GO SOLO" button is temporary broken and will be fixed soon as possible.
You won't receive CE, its your own fault, you were noticed about this.

This was way before the NOTICES, mail, and announcement were sent out.
With some logic, it may meant that I was the only few who were the first to report this.
