any of you guys been to Aurora Isles Stone Grove? there's a locked door there leading to some green boxes. I don't know if I missed a spot but I'm pretty sure that area doesn't have a key for that door.

I too found a gate once and
I too found a gate once and no key, on a map I played several times before, so I know where the key should apear.. but it didnt..
I ran forward a bit, then backtracked to the place where the key should be, and it appeared.
I think it is a bug, that hinders the key to spawn at first.. but when the spawn point enters the screen again, it apears..

This happened to me one time, i joined random party at end of round they cleared everything, so i lost 10 CE then they kicked me instead of starting new solo party game connected me to other party yeah again lost 10 CE, ok we made 1/3 of room and we noticed that there is no key for last locked gate.
They leaved i tried to find it but without succes.
You did indeed miss a spot. You need to turn off your tunnel vision and look around more carefully.
