Personally i think OOO lowered the difficulty on T3 because T4 is supposed to be even harder,
but so many people were already complaining about the current lvl of game content.
If they haden't removed current harder attacks, this would have ment that T4 would have seen all monsters become as stronger, including oilers,
which in my opinion would have left T4 as a dead area, because it would have been just too over-powered and just an energy-waste.
I think they will actually introduce what they just removed in T4 along with buffing health and attacks of
all the monsters that now are way too easy ( e.g. lumbers, chromalisks etc. )
So my point is they removed hard content because they felt T3 should be managable.
But T4 will come and it will be deadlier then an old oiler danger room. This was just a Pre-Core patch.
