party pack question

I'm looking at the purchase interface and I can see that the party pack is available to me, but I remember reading this;

'Party Pack is available for purchase if you have never purchased the Starter Pack'

I have purchased the starter pack.. So, if I buy the party pack do I get a new starter or just 7500 CE and 3 gift-able packs?

i got my energy 7500

for the initial character but i got 0 out of the 4 starter pack items and was not given any option to gift.

i've message them about 5 times about this issue

its been over a week now and i still haven't recieved any notice they even got my email.

i did send a request for a gm and they respond to that in 1 day

telling me that i should use the support system, but i did that already and its taking forever, i dunno why he didn't fix my problem himself, Or forward my problem to the support, since he had time to give me a non-solution answer. I was thinking it would take 3 days at least to respond that they got my request and are looking into it, but i haven't even gotten that. Not like waiting 2-3 weeks for a response i won't bother looking for.

same here

They told me to check the gifts tab or something but I didn't even get mail.
But same thing, responded to me in a day, replied and said it wasn't helpful and I'm waiting to hear from them.
I shot an email to headquarters (threerings) hopefully they'll do something.

Any open claims should have received an update by now. If by this date you haven't received an answer it probably means that the email never reached us, so please send it again using the form at https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail

Be sure to include the name of your Knight in the body of the mail and all relevant information- Steam account players don't need to log in to use the form.

with all due respect

I've literally sent a request on that link EVERYDAY since monday, I've only gotten one response on Tuesday and that was it, it was unhelpful. I'm just very annoyed that I spent 60$ only to have this sort of thing happen, I love the game and all and I understand there are a few glitches that need to be rolled out, but it's just a terrible feeling to get "scammed." Maybe there's something from the system that prevents you from getting a second email from us, I don't know, but I've emailed:
Steam Support
SK Billing
Three Rings Billing
Contact Support from https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
as well as In-Game Support https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new

I've only gotten ONE response from SK Billing and it didn't help whatsoever. Steam responded a few times but cannot do anything at this point.

I'm just annoyed because it seems like a quick fix, I've provided all the info needed, last few credit card digits, as well as receipts and dates of purchase, all someone needs to do is a send three starter packs to three people, I've even included their names should the solution be the GM sending it for me.

UPDATE

I bought a party pack and never got the gifting options. even though i bought the starter pack it still let me buy another party pack, i check my billing and yep i got charged 60 dollars. Its been over 2 weeks now.

I got a reply from one of the GMs, they sent out the starter packs but as of now not the 7500 energy

Greetings,

Apologies for the delay!
After considering different scenarios we believe the easiest way to solve this
issue would be for us to grant the gifted packs to your friends directly, and
since you already have one starter pack yourself and the system won't allow us
to grant a second one on the same account, instead of 3 available gifts you
will have four, with the only provision that the fourth will only be the
starter pack items minus the energy as this has already been credited to your
account.

Please reply back with the names of the 3 friends that should receive the full
gift (starter pack plus energy) and the name of the friend to receive the
fourth gift of the starter pack.

We hope you are satisfied with this solution and if you have any other
concerns or questions, please let us know when you reply.

Try to links I posted above, if not just email a bunch of places, you just have to be a bit annoying about these things.

i got contacted by the gms a few days back, and they said they forward my request to the billing department
