Hi, I have found a steam integration issue.
I log into the game with my steam account and I have been playing for a few days with it... But now, I want to buy more energy and it won't let me do it through steam (spending limit) so I tried to log in into your website with my steam account and buy it through paypal or whatever and it says my account doesnt exist...
Now I had to create this account just to post on the forums... Can I associate it with my steam account so I can pay by a different method that has no spending limit?

Here it goes again:

1- Support/#mail is down!
2- E-mail replies never came telling me why my spending limit is still the same;
3- Spending limit is still the same...

I have the same problem too

I tried sending a request via Steam to raise/or lift the spending limit on my steam account. I read why i have those restrictions through this link http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Billing_FAQ#Spending_Limit
I really like this game but I cant fully enjoy it due to the slow regen rate of Mist Energy. Hopefully players with Steam accounts can get support about stuff like this rather then having to make a Spiral Kinghts account just to post/ask for help.
