I have several Impostocube
I have several Impostocube screenshots, a few Mewkat ones, and a Sloom.
I get excited every time I find one, just because they don't show up very often it's a nice surprise. Like, ''Meh, I'll step on this button and some Jellies will appear, nothing speci-- IMPOSTOCUBE!!! *Enters paparazzi mode*''

I've seen tons of Impostocubes, a single love puppy (which one idiot in our party killed first, when we had 12 pips of health between the 4 of us) and just recently I found a rock jelly.

Yeah, I've seen about 13 impostocubes in my time of playing this game. Only one love puppy. I see an impostocube every other JK run pretty much.

You'll need to be a Tier 3
You'll need to be a Tier 3 regular to have any chance of spotting a Rock Jelly. I like to lead them across the level like a pet when they spawn.

Ive come across a mewcat, and a love puppy
I-I slaughtered the mewcat when I realized I couldn't advance without killing it....
It didn't drop a helm, just a large 100 crown coin and some heat.

I saw a Love Puppy last night. Most fortuitous timing ever since in a group of four we had like 5 life-bars between us.

I've mostly seen Rock Jellies in FSC and T3 Spiral Court I. Probably about 1 in 20 times when I run through those levels. You need a place that spawns a lot of the three-hit stone blocks.

Oh God, I can still hear the mewling, the little mew it let out before my blade sent it to a better place.
It was so tiny, so small compared to those nasty big redish/pink Kats.

The gentleman - A story
I've met with the Impostocube on several occassions, but this one time in Jigsaw Valley I slowed down, sheathed my sword, and sat down. From there I led an interesting conversation with this devilishly handsome gentleman.
His name appears to be Samuel Scotts IV, and he told me tales of wonders and horrors. He has been around the entirety of the Clockworks, and seen all there is to see. He has seen a pack of Wolvers thriving in the narrow clockwork passages, beholding the beauty of a mother caressing her pups. He has seen the Zombies interact in social conversations with Kats. He has seen vacationing Devilites relaxing on the surface of the Clockworks. He has seen Gremlins construct and modify the various Construct mobs. But he has also seen knights rally their way through, killing these creatures and destroying the peace in the Clockworks. After conversing with this jelly I question if the monsters are wild by nature or out of fear.
He also claims that the Mewkat is his late pet Kat. He has also told me that the Sloom is a distant relative of his, but that they rarely speak. He refuses to reveal any more information out of fear for his safety. He has never spotted the Rock Jelly Cube. (Possibly due to the camoflage.)
I would have liked to talk to him some more, but time was flying. I bowed to the jelly as I departed. He understood my thoughtless slaughter due to misinformation, but requested to take my time and proceed with caution not to stir up monsters in the future.
Since then I have come out of the Clockworks surprisingly healthier.

I'd say Impostocubes are the most common, followed by Rock Jellies (in T3), Love Puppies, Soul Jellies and Mewkats roughly in that order. Sloom is not a proper 'rare monster' as it doesn't spawn in place of anything; it can only be found from the monster cage boxes. I've seen two Love Puppies and one Soul Jelly, but no Mewkats yet (and countless Rock Jellies and Impostocubes).

Mewkats aren't rare loled, i saw like 4 when there was a gate with the fortress lvl's in the first part of T3.
i did several basil run's and those lvl's only spawn kat mobs and some jellies. it was realy easy to see some at that time.
Also saw 2 rock jellies at same time on the last fight on d27 just before Vanaduke.
Seen 1 soul jelly in the bone barrage lvl ( the one with toxicolargo in case name's wrong)
Also seen my only love puppy yesterday.

All rare monsters are rare, however obviously some people will run into them more often if they're lucky enough.
There are many players who haven't seen any rare monsters since full release started.

i saw the soul jelly the same place as Diggidy...
but the people above are right, JK runs made the impostocube not much rare anymore...
gun puppies ive seen thrice, also on the JK run at the runaround (very very lucky)
the tortodrone though ive never seen yet....
where are they found anyway?

They were only seen at some points in the beta phases.

I've seen an Impostocube three times. A rock jelly once on a graveyard, nearly died because of it. I was chatting someone after hitting the blocks when i heard the 'damage received sound' and I looked up, there's a lump of rock attacking me!
Other than that i've seen a SOUL JELLY once. I thought it was a bug or something so I killed it right away.

Unless it was gray and had a lump of rock on its head and smoking a pipe I'm afraid it's not different than a regular Impostocube. Some kind of glitch must've been affecting the Rock Jelly Cube with the random number generator of the Impostocube, making it appear in the place of the Rock Jelly Cube instead.

1 Mewkat-- In a clockwork tunnels level, to the best of my memory Power Complex: Haunted Passage, the day after I and my friends joined. My friend annihilated it 'cause we didn't know what it was.
1 Impostocube-- Red Carpet Runaround, two days ago. I was KO'd at the time and the person helping me killed it.
1 Sloom-- Today, at Roarsterous Ruins. Actually got a screenshot of it.

Anyway here's how the story goes. I was going through a hallway of some sorts when up came a cropping of spookats and one that looked a little smaller. I was feeling fairly confident and wanted to see how many I could take down without making them go all ugly. *sniff* I got 1.

The love puppy was killed by a guy in my party who thought it was a regular gun puppy
The mewcat...........
I was in dark city and was charging up my sword to hit the 4 kats when they spawned:(
And the second rock jelly.....
I found it in lockdown:)
a guy was coming after me and we both had like 2 bars of health left and I was running and hit a stone block to get through and a rock jelly spawned:)
the best part was that the other guy didn't notice it and got killed by it lol.

I have seen: Rock Jellies,
I have seen: Rock Jellies, impostocubes, soul jelly (took forever to kill), mewkat (1/10 size of big kats), sloombargo (idk if this is rare at all....). Haven't seen gold gun puppy or cattywampus before though.
I wish they would add a Skelly version of a mewkat. It would be awesome to see big bad vanaduke spawn 3 slags and 1 mewskelly.
I've seen two of those? I don't think they're that rare
