Oh goody, even if it's just a rumor
I really hope they do make a new kat hat, though I need a new armor more then a new helm, I'd love a kat hat so much, Teh fluffyness that an overused wolver can never give me.

They're just so ugly.
Also, I'm hoping a white Kat Hat would look amazing with my Azure Guardian costume. Nothing else seems to match it.

Though zeal,
Blackened did used to be a drop, and Kat hat actually doesn't drop from Mewkats at the moment.
And it's not like quick isn't capable of being added to tokens the second OOO feels like it.

Long, long ago in the second preview, there was a very rare tiny mewkat that would in turn rarely drop a mewkat hat. It was taken out for the third preview, along with many other items. Eventually the wolver masks used it as a temporary model. Presumably, it'll be added in later.
I'm still wondering what happened to Vog. They have Vog Cub armor, and Vog's Fang (it used to drop off of him) as a token reward, but no sign of Vog himself. I thought he'd see a return with fire wolvers, but sadly they just used ash tails for that.
There's a good chance of that happening for the new boss.
