Pulled it straight from my game files.
Um...
New things in the ui/icon folders. Level theme indicators (maybe a replacement for the level difficulty indicator?).
An icon for an inventory item called "story". Looks like those disc things you see on the ground when you enter a level.
Connectivity indicator in the minimap section. Probably the lag indicator that Poseidon talked about previously.
Stuff for the whitespace added in, something called the "whitekey", as well as a tileset for something relating to a "light castle". Haven't seen the tileset in game, as of yet. But I don't play all that much.
No new music, only new items are the npc ones for the Boss Token guy.
Just thought I would share my findings upon digging around the folders.
Stumbled upon April Fools early?
As for Story, in the Arsenal a while back there was a "Story" category that was changes to Artifacts a while back. I think we might see some quest styled gameplay yet.
Artifacts and Story both have the same icon, so that's not surprising.
There's also 'core tokens'.
And a misc item that looks like the pipe Impostocubes smoke that I've never seen before.
But it says it was added some time last year.
Is that one of the devs? Please tell me that's a picture of one of the devs.
It's (the) Boswick (of my dreams).
I think this update broke my computer.
Because the first time it tried updating it failed and shut off my WLAN, then the second time it downloaded like 40mb of files.
After I shut SK my computer blue screened and now it won't even start up.
Shoebox, it sounds like SkyNet has started its takeover. It all starts with SK, it appears...
It looks like something dear Captain Cleaver would do.
If you downloaded the standalone installer then the game files are where ever you told the installer to put them...
Otherwise they are in C:/Users/*username*/AppData/LocalLow/spiral for a Win 7 or Win Vista install.
The default path for a Windows XP install, in turn, would be "C:\Documents & Settings\\Application Data\spiral".
I remember months ago, in one of the jelly levels, there was a little story station that said something about Jellies only attacking you if you destroyed their food supply, and maybe they would be nice to you if you didn't do that.
The story station is either a leftover from that, or they'll bring it back with more content later. Not sure if it's either or both.
@Lightmikey
That story thing actually serves as a caution since there would be extra jelly spawned if you do destroy the plants.
LOL!
