My account..I worked hard on it..And now its ruined by the steam account,now I cant play. I need to install Steam,but i need admin password and my Admin password is my Sisters password..But she passed away.. I don't know her password so I cant install steam,please return it to normal.. PLEASE! I tried everything..And even when I say "Yes,I have a steam." It goes to a blank page.. C'mon Spiral Knights!!

Everything you're complaining
Everything you're complaining about is in the warnings they give you about merging your steam account and that the merging is permanent. Why would you even merge it if you don't even have your own account? This all seems entirely your fault.
I'm honestly confused on how you managed to do this.

the sign up date is for the forums only vero it's just most people when they sign up for the forums its on the same day they sign up for the game at least that is to my knowledge the way things work, hence the reason alot of people on the forums have different IGN's then they do on the forums.
As for recovering your Windows password my advice is this hehe, google LiveCD, it's a forensic tool that can be used to gather all windows login and passwords for a computer it at first completely bypasses Windows all together and loads a self contained version of Linux which you can then use one of the handy dandy password recovery programs it comes with. There also a ton of other programs out there free ones that you can recover windows passwords with. But i much rather prefer using a LiveCD as it gives me a list of every password ever used along with the usernames but I'm only saying do this as per the situation you are in. I do not condone anything illegal or of the like that can be done with this software. It is widely known software and anyone with an ounce of intelligence can find on there own. Just giving helpful advice.

The forum account and your game account are the same, by signing up for one, you're already a part of the other.

I believe your "Join Date" is the date you verified your account. In my case, I've been playing Spiral Knights since near the beginning of the Beta yet only verified in April.

option 2 is a good idea for a
