I bought 1600 energy today on my account that was merged with steam... i emailed support that i didnt get it but i was wondering if its an underlined problem on my end or if it takes a while to go in.. because it hit my credit card account but didnt give the energy

it was a steam merged but i bought it off of the site. i sent them an email but they are pretty slow getting back to me

Your Steam account is different from your site account - we're not the same company, so a Spiral Knights login with the same name as your Steam login wouldn't automatically send purchases to your Steam account. Try clicking the "Play" button on our website, then logging in with the username and password you created on our site for your purchase and creating a knight. Your energy will probably be there, and you'll be able to mail it to your Steam character using the in-game mail system. (Be sure to double-check the spelling of your character's name - every so often players accidentally mistype a name and send things to the wrong person.)
I cant log in it says its merged with steam. is there any way you guys can just re send it to my steam character if i give you the correct info? im really discouraged that i liked this game enough to spend money on it and then not get what i payed for

Did you buy it through steam or in game?
I think with steam merged accounts, you can't buy it through the game, but I could be wrong.
Either way, they took your money, I'm sure if you contact them they'll figure out a way to fix it.
