I know we can take screen capture pictures with F12, but then how can we post them here? (I've seen other people do it.)

After taking a screenshot, you must host the picture on another site like http://imageshack.us/
After you upload the picture, copy/paste the url in your forum post.
can't post picture here, but we put the link of the photo in here. (You must have seen it in your dream)
