Walk if Off Achievement

This MAY need to be moved to the Bugs section.
Anyway to the point has anyone been able to get the Walk if Off Achievement recently? For some reason it appears I can revive anyone when I have only 1 bar of health thus making it impossible for me to get the achievement. So I was wondering if this is just my account or is it happening to anyone else?
Volebamus is probably right. Since you don't have half a tick for them and half a tick for yourself the game won't let you revive your partymate. It's kind of annoying that you can be dealt less than half a heart and not be able to see it.
I just got this achievement a few hours ago, so it's definitely possible. I do agree that the health meter being as vague as it is gets pretty aggravating, but if you're determined there are sure-fire ways to pull this off.
One of the ways you could get this would be to go into T1 with 3*+ gear and let a weak enemy hack away at you, making sure that they only deal one bar (1/4 pip) of health each time. Then, when you saw your health go to one pip, have a teammate get killed, and since you KNOW that you have exactly one pip of health, you can revive him/her.
This is not the best idea, but it is one way to do it (Volebamus' idea was better).

How do you see your exact health like that? All I see are bars. Neither clicking nor hovering over the HP bar shows any greater detail than that.

I just got it myself. It is confusing because, as others have noted, your health bar is an approximation of how much life you have left. Sometimes it will look like you have 1 bar of health left when you have less, and sometimes it will look like you gave 1/2 pip of health when you gave more.
To get the achievement you must revive someone when you have exactly 1 bar of health left. If you can't revive someone when it looks like you have 1 bar of health left then it means you have less than 1 bar of health left. If you revive someone when you have 1 and 1/2 bars of health left then you gave slightly more than 1/2 pip of health.
1. Start with 5 health
2. Equip a 3* armor of at least Lv5 heat (+3 health), and equip your 0* helmet. (This brings you to 8 health.) Do not equip the Scarlet Shield or any health trinkets.
3. Go to a Tier 2 arena with a friend, fight to the last treasure room.
4. If you picked up a Vitapod, drop it on the floor by clicking and dragging it off your lifebar.
5. Heal to full with the heart dispensers, and have your friend go dance on the spike bed in the arnea.
6. Revive him four times in a row.
Anywhere with spikes will work, if you have enough pills to max your health.
Also, the little bars that fall off you when you get hit? They can mean any amount of half a healthbar or less. Try it in the Advanced Training Hall, where I've taken about 6-8 hits per unit of health.

SIMPLE. Go on a jelly run, die on spikes. Problem SOLVED.
I think it isn't worth actually pursuing this achievement.
I got it already 4 times I guess, never actually trying to get it.
It just comes on its own while playing.

True. I've got it like a billion times.... LOL
It's not a bug, as even though it looks like you have 1 bar of health, you actually have less (like .75).
If you want an undeniable way to get this achievement, you have to start reviving someone when your health is an exponent of 2, easiest is by having either 8 or 16 hp. That way, you divide down evenly rather than by fractions.
