Okay so i made a new character last night and this morning I bought him 3500 Crystal Energy and spent a lot of it on crafting. A few minutes later I was logged out. When I logged in I my name was changed. I hate this name and I don't want it. Now I just wasted so much money. I don't feel like making a new character and wasting all that CE. Where can I change my name again? I DON'T WANT THIS NAME.

If your name violated the ToS then you are out of luck.

If you're name was changed
If you're name was changed then there's a very high chance that it violated the ToS and a GM changed it for you. You might be able to ask them to change it to something else. No guarantee they will though.
