I am one and I don't intend to spend any money on this game, as a personal preference, of taking it casually rather than rushing to reach the end stage asap. Which boils down to my only source of income is probably staging once everyday and if I'm lucky getting what I want from AH cheaper than it would take me to craft. 1Hr - 2Hr gameplay everyday at most.

Note: I solo instead of partying.

Which 4 choice of weapon ( I could probably pay for the 2 free slots 30 days after a few day of staging in future ) and set of armor would be recommended then? Atm I'm thinking of,

Weapon:
Levi
DA
Shivermist Buster

Armor:
Vog Coat and Cap with U.V. shadow defense
G.Owlite shield

I'm avoiding any major pitfall in choice of eq because if I go back to the drawing board again, it will take quite a while to get back on track. Thank you.

As for your choices, that's pretty good. I would recommend adding a Gun, but that's more preference than necessity.

I would like to thank you for posting. The thing about solo was my latency prevents me from partying 80% of the time.

As for guns, I recently acquired an antigua and I found that to be rather underwhelming, especially against those deadly hordes of gun puppy in Tier 2 Depth 14 ( but then again, I think DA can solve this issue and in future tier too). Are there any guns recommendable, handy in chaotic situation?

Another question was the if the aggro system was based on solely dps?

As far as my experience..

As far as my experience.. monsters aggro the closest knight.. but I havent payed so much attention to that..

For chaotic groups of enemies, try the alchemisers.. there bullets bounce around, so you can hit several enemies with one bullet.
Dont know exactly, but I think they bounce more the more stars it have..

About the antigua.. Yes, it has low damage, but is good in that way that it has a quick fire rate, and you can move while shooting..
I have upgraded mine to a silversix, and it works wonders on any turret :D
