According to the lore of the game your armor recharges 100 energy every 24 hours and caps at 100 on the recharge bar. That is all well and good but why do both my characters, two different knights with two different armors use the same energy stores. Why don't each of them store up 100 energy separately as the lore would suggest. It just makes it aggravating as I am becoming a fan and want to play more than the game will seemingly allow.

Also it makes my dreams of the fang of vog an impossibility. How am I supposed to get 50 Almirian Seals, I mean I am willing to put in the work and fight the Boss X ammount of times knowing full well he is gonna be one of the toughest baddies in the whole game, but how can I have confidence and drive when I know I can only try fighting him once a day, and if I fail OH WELL Gotta just leave to Haven and try again in 24 hours.

Perhaps if the game becomes popular enough energy can be more easily obtained, or maybe given at bosses or something of that nature.

If you're running Vanaduke,

If you're running Vanaduke, you should pick up tons of crowns in the levels prior to the actual boss battle. Use that to buy CE (Crystal Energy), and then use the CE to cover the energy costs for further runs when your ME (Mist Energy) runs out.

Or break down and buy CE for real money, which would make OOO very happy, since that's the only way they get paid...

Suppose so. But what I mean

Suppose so. But what I mean is there should be more incentive to using and buying crystal energy haha

wat.

???
-------

In Tier 2, you can fairly-easily make enough money to buy CE with crowns. Maybe you've spent mist energy to craft some 2* gear. 50 energy, not too bad. You can manage playing 5-stages less.

Then you start trying to get to tier 3, and you realize you have to craft a 4* item. So you go to upgrade to 3* and you realize, you need 200 energy PER PIECE! At this point, you probably start learning how to really make money in-game other than just raw crowns gained from playing a stage, or you shell out cash and save the time.

In Tier 3- well, by then, you would have had to craft 4* items (400 energy per piece), which means you've probably learned how to buy CE with crowns, or bought a starter pack and now don't have to worry about the rest of your gameplay, because you've essentially bought the game.
In end-game Tier 3, you would have had to craft 5* items (800 energy per piece), which means you've already bought CE with crowns or cash - you know that it's a matter of time before you can buy the energy - but it certainly isn't as small as 100 energy per day.

You're sort of getting too far ahead of yourself. By the time you get to Vanaduke, energy isn't a problem.

Mist & your computer

as last i heard, this is how mist energy works, it may be wrong as i havent bothered looking up on it for a while, but heres what i know/knew:

essentialy mist energy is "stored per computer", so that you cant cheat and run 124623 different accounts of the game per day, and send yourself money to buy CE. if you and someone else play spiral knights on the same computer, you can either: take turns per day, buy a new computer... or simply -buy- the smallest amount of money on your account, which will store your accounts mist seperately, so you both get 100 per day.
ALSO
if you DO own 2 computers, and the other one hasnt been used for spiral knights that day, and you load a char that has say, 10mist, your "fresh" computers mist will be reduced to 10. yep, 90 mist - poof. even if you log right out, and let someone elses account on, its running on empty. then if they go home, and log in, their computer will go down to 10. vicious, i know, but it does stop people from abusing.

Yeah

Yeah, it's still like that.

Heard it in-game, still see it in the forums once in a while :P
