Well, basically, when I launch the game, the window appears, tells me that 'the client has to be updated' and opens the updater, which, in its turn, tells me 'The configuration file is missing the 'appbase'. I wrote a letter to the support, I did what they told me (remove getdown.txt digest.txt and version.txt, reinstall Java, reinstall game), but it didn't work - the same mentioned above started happening all over again. I really wanna play the game but the aforementioned has been happening for well over a week now and it just does not let me do it.

Are you running off of steam? What system are you using? Suggestion: defrag and be sure to do a system history clear before you reinstall (I can only tell you where its located on Vista... but it wouldbe somewhere in your control panel).
