We'll be performing some maintenance on both the wiki and forums today (Wednesday February 16), which will make them inaccessible for some period of time (hopefully short).
That took a bit longer than I would have liked, but all the web services are back alive again. As you should also notice, we've integrated a single sign-on for your account, wiki and forum. So now you just sign in once and you can access all the web services (apart from billing), without having login to each separately.
