I've tried using the web browser, installing, using a Sega account and finally using Steam. I've also tried everything the help sections offered.

No matter what I use, all I get is the "A server error caused authentication to fail". I'd noticed when re-installing, there was a patch. Evidently, it's not sorted out the BIGGEST issue of the game. After all this time, you'd think there was a fix.

It would be awesome to at least try this game, but if something like this can't get sorted, maybe I don't want to after all.

Because no-one seems to give a [crap] about this huge issue with the game.
But if you wanna' lose out one a good number of customers because of this. Fair enough.

Okay mr important, lose the attitude if you want some help. That's probably why no one gives a [crap] about your problem. Take a look at this, it may have something to do with what is troubling you. Also paste the contents of launcher.log and projectx.log.
