So, is this still available? How exactly is it gotten?
Because I've gotten 5 people from my Steam friends list to start playing the game.

Have you received 5 x mini
Have you received 5 x mini mist tanks?
You need to send an invite to your friend (via friend options) and they need to get the game, create a knight and get to the rescue camp (iirc) to count as having "started the game".
When this happens you get a referal prize of one of the mini mist tanks with 15 mist energy in it.
Once you get 5 of those you should get your helmet.
As far as I know there hasn't been a date limit set on this.

You should have received you helm then. Maybe you should contact support and ask them what the problem is. Maybe it got lost in the mail?

Pretty sure they are forever,
I swear to god though if it was temporary I'll be mad though; the mask's the only reason I had for binding among a list of reasons.

Well, OOO customer support is garbage.
I put in a ticket saying that I got 5 referrals, getting the mini mist tank for each... but haven't gotten my helm.
They closed the ticket saying that each person has to make it to the rescue camp, at which point I'll get the mini mist tank, and on getting the 5th, I'll get the helm as well.
So basically, I pointed out that there was an issue, and they ignored it. Great job guys.
Maybe in future actually READ the support ticket first?

To clarify, you get this helm
To clarify, you get this helm only if you refer friends through Steam? I have Steam, but downloaded it simply off the site rather than through Steam, and have used the in-game invite system to invite some friends.
Even if you do not get the helm by getting friends into the game this way, do you still get Mist Energy tanks?
As far as I know its always available.
