Earlier today i purchased 7500ce/starter pack through the website to my account, i chose paidbycash and used a ultimate game card. I have the receipt in my email and the purchase shows in my energy history, but i still have not gotten anything. Any help or explanation from three rings would be appreciated.
If your account is linked to Steam, you MUST use the in-game menu in conjunction with Steam Wallet to make CE purchases. If use the website purchase for a Steam/SK account, it processes the payment correctly, but sends the CE to a ghost account.
