I have no idea what to do the hacker didn't do anything to my account like username password anything like that but they extracted my credit card and spent 30$ real money. Who do I blame Spiral knights, OOO. Who?

That sounds more like your credit card info has been compromised. If you're a Steam user purchasing energy pointing a finger here is rather useless as the credit card data likely goes trough Steam's systems (Steam Wallet and all) and OOO doesn't see your data.

Your bank is the person to solve this with, not a community forum.

i dont use steam though and they took the money and used it on spiral knights ce and it said you have reached your monthly payment and i only bought one thing
