That sounds more like your credit card info has been compromised. If you're a Steam user purchasing energy pointing a finger here is rather useless as the credit card data likely goes trough Steam's systems (Steam Wallet and all) and OOO doesn't see your data.
Your bank is the person to solve this with, not a community forum.
