Bark Module? What's that? Also, any news on in-game events?

In the Announcement section of the forums, admin nick mentioned "look[ing] forward to some fantastic new rewards from those Bark Modules you'll be collecting soon enough" ( http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/13547 ). Anyone know what a Bark Module is? Seems like a gift box you can open to randomly receive gifts.
Also, has anyone heard if any in-game events are planned? I know this is an international game, but to me it seems possible for there to be a July 4th event. Uncle Sam Hat helm ftw? Fireworks bombs? What do you guys think?

Looks like there will be some new guns added to the game. I doubt haven will actually be attacked in an event, but who knows. Look at the last day of beta.

They are definitely new
They are definitely new tokens because prior to that statement he was talking about how they were modifying the token traders inventory and what would be left and/or added.

fireworks bombs sound GREAT!!! But, I don't think we're going to have any American holidays in this game. We might do things like Halloween or Christmas, but Thanksgiving or 4th of July might be out. Excited about the Bark Modules though :D.
