Since FSC takes soooo long, there's really only one point in the day I have time to do it.

Said point in time happens to be when the server is always rebooting.

This is the fifth time in a row I have wasted time on a FSC run that got cut off by a server reboot.

So please, please find some way to save knight's positions during a reboot. Maybe for 20~ minutes, considering it takes about 10 for the client to update.

I'm sure every player who's ever had a run ruined by a reboot (that's too many players to count) will thank you ten times if you do this.

i call that bad luck but i think this might strain the system too much since it needs to remember everyone in the clockworks' position

If it is too much load on the server, an alternate suggestion would be to just reboot the thing at 4 AM or something instead of at peak times. :x

that is true server downtime

that is true server downtime subtracts from viable purchase transactions which makes the company money but i would think they need to do it when the staff is there to deal with bug issues 4 am is waaay to early i think but in the morning like before noon should work

They have programs to fix that issue.

They can run their update at whatever time they want, remotely. They just set a time and tell it what to do then at the time it would update. That way the workers could get their rest peacefully knowing that posts like this won't be on the board.

A way to continue runs would

A way to continue runs would be great. For me and many others a reboot message means: "ok, no sense to start playing the game now, maybe I'll come back in an hour. If I still have time, then". The regular reboots take a huge chunk out of our secondary most important playing time every day that way. And the irregular reboots are just... "rude". They always seem to get announced *after* we started an fsc run.
