Is there some requirements to recieve those free mist tanks? My alt has not recieved any and i've already beat the whole of t1, i think i should be getting 2. Am i wrong?

If you have a paid acct, then make a second (free) one, then the first character of that new acct who does something to earn a free mist tank WILL get it. So it's not quite "per computer". Since I don't have multiple free accts, I can't speak for what happens with two free accts in that scenerio.
Long story short though, yeah, you don't get a bonus mist tank every time every character on one account does something that would usually gain one. Only the first character to do that task gets it.

Oh right, my bad. I was thinking that as I was writing it, but forgot to mention the difference between paid accounts and non-paid.
If you have a paid account and a free account, your energy and mist tanks and whatnot are seperate from one another. But any free accounts that get played on the same computer will link together and share such things. At least that is my understanding of it.

ok but i do have one free and one paid, but i still didnt get it, could it be because my paid one was free when i got the mist tank so my free mist tanks are used up for my computer already?

Did you play the other free
Did you play the other free account before making the other pay? As far as I'm aware(and I'm by no means an expert on this), if you play more than one free account on the same computer, they 'link' up until you pay for the other.
So...if you played both of them free before, you've already been linked as having used your mist tanks.

There is your reason right there. You get mist tanks on the first character you make on that computer. Any additional characters or accounts played on that computer do not receive those benefits. It is a one-time bonus per computer(as far as I understand. Someone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this one.)
