my Barbarous Thorn Shield was gone when I login, I made this shield before server reboot . I'm not steam player.

Yeah, same thing happened to me today crafting my Wise Owlite Shield with a UV. Would be a darn shame if they can't restore it after spending so much on it. Glad to see that I'm not the only one though. I sent in an email support request as soon as it happened, but still no response. You should probably do the same.
