This is true they say it is by treasure box, but who has actually seen it? the game creators can say whatever they want but we don't know for sure until we've seen it.

It was obtained in beta - from a treasure box (which is where the wiki data is still from), There is no record of it dropping since launch. I've heard that it hasn't been put into the game yet from a decent source. I'd love for someone to post and prove me wrong, I'll be the first to buy it.
At this time there is no proof at all that the kat hat is in the game at this point. Really until it has been physically seen, its best to say this hat cannot be obtained. This way people don't stress over hunting for it.
