Hi, a suggestion of mine is to give all preview players
a special item when the game goes into gold status,
to make us feel more special, other than the
25% extra crystal energy for charging.

I wouldn't mind spending on crystal energy during the
preview period if I would receive a special item only
for preview players for doing do.

What I mean by special items is to give limited items
that non-preview players cannot get, even if the item
has the weakest stats in the game.

Most games do this, as it in fact does make us feel more
special to be one of the preview players, so I hope
that you can consider this suggestion.

use the search feature.... this has been discussed and to shorten your time, it has been confirmed we are getting a preview event piece of some sort.

It's as close as you're gonna get to a straight answer. The Devs are fans of roundabout answers. I think they take devious pleasure in it. (admittedly it is a fun way to deal with people)
