Hi. Yesterday I've bought "Starter Pack" to my account. I've got the confirmation email from PayByCash, it says that my payment was sended to Spiral Knights. So I thought enerything is ok. But still I haven't receive my energy ingame. In Energy History I saw, that payment was made. Besides, after making a payment, I've converted my web account to Steam account. Now I have no access to my Energy History and I haven't energy ingame. Please, help.

The "Contact us" button isn't working, pretty funny, huh? Can administration just return my 19,95$ to my WebMoney account, so I can make a donation through Steam? I can give full information about my donation from PayByCash information email.

Steam accounts need to make purchases through the Steam overlay (accessed in-game). Make sure Steam compatibility is checked under your options menu, then click on the energy symbol at the bottom of the screen) using the Steam wallet.
The problem is not PayByCash and the energy arrived correctly, except that the payment was made from your old Spiral Knights account instead of the new Steam account! Your website account is now sort of a "ghost" account. We will be able to sort this out for you, but in the future please keep in mind that the best way to get support is using the form at

Be sure to include the name of your Knight in the body of the mail and any relevant information- Steam users don't need to log in.

Edit: Regarding the withe screen on the support website:
You must make sure that Java Scripting is allowed by your browser to be able to use the Support Mail System . Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting in a web page. Once these are done, clear the browser's cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page, this is usually done by pressing both control and F5 buttons simultaneously on your keyboard, depending on your browser.
Thanks for your response, I've left bug report ingame and here, cuz I didn't know how to contact with support. And yeah, I think that the problem is in my web and steam accounts, cuz I saw in Energy History that payment was made. I'll try to fix problem with support page.
I've checked my Opera config, and Java is enabled. I've also cleaned Opera cache. Still didn't work. I've also tried to open that page in Internet Explorer: no result.
Can I contact with support by sending email manually, not from support page?
P.S. I haven't receive my energy yet. Sorry I'm little nervous, cuz I cann't do anything to correct that situation.
