I suggest making it so that mineral deposits get mined with one bomb hit, not three. This will help pure solo bombers mine minerals faster. Besides, it's kind of silly when a mineral is barely affected by a Master Blast Bomb.

Actually i like this idea.
I mean, using a big bomb like master blast bomb should wreak the entire dungeon (thats a bit overboard)

I see the problem for solo Bombermen. Just let Bombs nuke Minerals. It shouldnt matter wich bomb. I mean it's just saving time and not a balance question.
