Already implemented
You can attack while moving if you use certain types of guns, swords, or bombs. Note that the sword(s) I'm talking about (spur line) move you forward a fixed distance every time you attack, but that's still moving.

Hm..
I assume you have some weaponry that stops you while you attack, like an autogun? Well, they are there for balancing issues - autogun's shots are so fast. I understand your frustration, it can put you in dangerous situations.. So, you'll just have to be careful and mind your surroundings. If you don't like it that much, perhaps you later you could switch to some other weapon that doesn't affect your mobility?

I think they mean...
I think they mean they want to be able to maneuver (using W,A,S,D or the arrow keys) while attacking with a sword like you can with some handguns.

I think you already can move with some swords. But that wouldnt make the game easy. Its not like a noob can beat VD if his protosword can attack while moving.

Before you suggest some gamebreaking changes i suggest you to play at least few more weeks OP.
You can attack while moving.. like using a handgun? and some swords too.. if im sure,
