usually UV doesnt affect

sure they do..
the only boss not affected by UV Damage Bonus is Vanduke, other then that.. JK and Snarblox are affected. and I'm pretty sure the upcoming
t2 boss will also be affected.

I got a pre-made Acheron UV
I got a pre-made Acheron UV Gremlin High for 5k before the crafting update..I guess that was just a really good deal ^^;

Would be around 8k-10k CE starting. Auction it and you could possibly get up
To 15-20k CE depends on the demand.
