Okay, I'm not quite sure I understand what's going onin the trade section.
Looking at the posting/auction area I read it as me entering the amount of energy I'm willing to sell and then the amount of crowns PER single unit of energy I'm selling them for?
Frankly the"x100" and "ea." under the quantities are throwing me off. I don't know if I should be silly and put up 100 energy for 100,000 OR if I put up 100 energy at 1,000.
Essentially I want to get 100,000 dollars for 100 energy. The way I'm currently staring at the interface I thought I initially understood, but now I am just confused.
I agree the Energy Depot needs some more work to make players comfortable using it.
You trade in lots of 100 Crystal Energy. Mist Energy can't be traded.
The Instant tab has a section with a shortcut to buying Energy for cash.
Then it has two sections for buying or selling Energy with the offers to buy and sell that are already posted by other players. So these transactions are instant.
If you enter 2 in "Trade for Energy" it'll show you the cheapest offer for 200 Energy with the total price in crowns. Right now the best offer is 200 crowns per 100 energy so that's a total of 400 crowns.
Same with "Trade for Crowns". Enter an amount of Energy you want to sell to see which offers are the best. If you like that offer click the Trade button.
Then there's the Market tab. If you didn't like the offers you can post your buy or sell offers and hope players will take that offer later. You can see the top offers for each to get an idea of what the current prices are so you can be competitive.
You enter amounts of Energy in lots of 100. The price in crowns is for each lot of 100. So it's not a total price given here. Once you click the Post button it'll show up on the list (if it's among the top offers). It'll also be shown at the bottom among a list of your own offers. Here you can cancel them again if you're just testing this or don't want to wait for someone to take your offer anymore.
