So no1 will be able to have proof. and this is all about business. So if u guys do not want exum to win the bid for him to resell assuming using another character, then bid higher and win the bid. alternatively, remember how much an item was sold for, and in the near future when a same item appear again, do not go over the price it was sold for.

In fairness, you have the reputation of trying to buy up the market for potential resell b/c you've earned it through your actions. Not saying there is anything wrong with that, as there are plenty of people on here who are well-known for it. And making an effort to buy low sell high, well, no one can really hold that against you.

But also, perhaps its hard for you to see, since you seem to have plenty of great equipment and plenty of CE to play with, but it can be very frustrating when you are a middle of the road player, trying to find some good gear, or trying to buy one piece of awesome gear, and every time you see an item you like one of the "Big Buyers" comes over the top. And it makes it worse when you suspect they don't want the item to equip, but rather just want to stash it away and try to resell later.

All that being said, you have just as much right to bid on any item as anyone else does. And if you win the item, you have every right to do whatever it is you wish to with it. Equip, resell, or sell it to an NPC for all the difference it makes :) once you've acquired your item its all yours.
