Well Skolver armor has a cool ice glow. But The cap is just plain ol white! I would love it if Skolver could be as cool as vog cub. Maybe with blue glowing energy like vog's orange?
Make skolver look a little bit cooler!

Y so defensive?
It'd be harder to match warm colors to the blue glow you're suggesting. So, yes - it IS subjective to personal taste.
I actually don't mind keeping it the way it is, since plain armors are more classy compared to flashy ones.

The Vog Cub has a dramatic change that with the blazing hot volcanic tips.. Maybe the Skolver is kept like that for the guys who prefer the original plain style of wolver and ash tail cap. But yes, perhaps something subtle like a slight steam/mist animation from the ear tips would be a nice touch – it is a fully upgraded helmet after all.
For now though, maybe you could use some other helmet as a costume. I’m sure the OOO plans on looking into things like this in the future – they update stuff like this from time to time. Like how they reintroduced non-spiked jellies in tier 1 after the players asked them to bring them back :P
