Sorry about the mix up guys, please keep an eye out for this achievement on a later date of the event. Also, so long as you have a Firecracker bomb when it goes live, you will earn the achievement, so no worries!

"The Spiral Knight achievement for the Summer Camp Sale, 'Star Spangled Bomber' will be available Wednesday, July 6th.
The achievement requires that you have a Firecracker bomb in your arsenal. If you have already acquired this bomb, simply log in on Wednesday and you will receive the achievement.
Again, you must actually have the bomb in your arsenal on Wednesday for you to earn the achievement. If you had one previously and no longer do, you will not get the achievement."

Also, guys, even if it had been for today, you CAN earn tickets for previous days' achievements and they count both for prize redemption and for the grand prize drawing. I looked that up in an official steam FAQ about the summer event. :)
Now if only there was a Spiral Knights prize to spend those tickets on. ;)
Yeah, I made a post in the Bugs section of the forums about this.
I hope they get on it soon, as the achievement's only good for today. At least as far as getting a ticket.
