fire resist does help =) but
fire resist does help =) but u still get set on fire .....i have a high fire skolver...on a good day i can get 5 or so charges off without getting burnt....but it's usually around 2-3 charges before i set myself on fire xD >:D

Fire resist..
Doesn't affect times burned, it affects damage done.
Fire high hat + vog = 2 damage burns in tier 2.

i'm wearing a skolver coat
i'm wearing a skolver coat and the bt shield so i have very high damage bonus on swords as well =] but yeah FOV charge is nice against JK =D

My party killed the JK 5-10
My party killed the JK 5-10 times before I ever even got to see him. My PC lagged out when we hit the party button and didn't recover until after the battle was done. I was finally able to upgrade, and thought to myself "so that's what he looks like".

That was so slow.
With that many FoVs, you should have killed him before his second tantrum!
