When Ice Gravers freeze you through a wall with the haze they leave behind, there are no other enemies around, you're facing away from the wall or it is unbreakable and you have no Remedy Capsule, it is practically impossible to escape from an Ice Graves once they hit you. They will continue to freeze you through the wall, giving you not a moment to turn yourself around or move away, leaving you stuck.
