dude, haze bomb only CTR is worth anything.
the rest are not even worth 50CE for very high
and stop bumping. its against forum rules.
Ruggerking is wrong in that haze damage UV's are useful to actual bombers, as we'll have max CTR through our armor. A construct or undead vhigh UV are both quite useful, for example. This particular UV though, not so much :( All 3 haze bombs evolve into elemental weapons, which gremlins happen to be resistant to and no amount of UV will counter the grey damage. Such is the way of this annoying UV system.
I'd either a) hang onto this in the rare case that they expand the haze line with some type of non-elemental bomb b) take whatever offer you're lucky enough to get.
Do you know how bombs uv works?
let me share with you then.
- It is NOT base on area radius result in damage for uv in bomb.
- It is BASE on the blast of the bomb, thus if mobs are not next to the bomb, the additional uv dmg will NOT work.
So, let me ask you, for a uv vs whatever mobs, do you think it is useful now then?
hazebomb v.high construct is pretty awesome for arenas (yes i know how they work). And a v.high undead shivermist buster would be great for the FSC.
They are only good if you like soloing arenas easy, without ever taking any damage or dying.
P.S. To those who don't know, my venom veiler construct high hits harder in arenas than your nitronome!!!!!!!!! My ashes construct v.high is a weapon of mass destruction. Used together, and menders practically don't exist.

The post you read is correct in that damage radius of 5* haze variants is smaller than the actual effect radius. It would be horrendously overpowered if that wasn't the case. I'm guessing you haven't used a 5* haze yourself, but go look at the blast radius in the wiki. This, however, doesn't make damage UV's useless. The damage radius is still respectable, and as I already stated, anyone who mains bombs will already have max CTR through their armor meaning damage UV's are in fact the only useful UV to us.
I have a Vhigh construct Ash of Agni that makes the third room of any arena a breeze. I also have a Vhigh slime Venom Veiler that I made just for the heck of it to help people out on JK runs, as well as a Vhigh undead Shivermist for graveyard/FSC crowd control.
You should take the word of experienced bombers posting in this thread. If you don't wear demo armor, then sure, CTR is indeed the most useful UV. But anyone who mains bombs will take a solid damage UV any day.
Anyway, letting this thread RIP :)
