I would like to suggest that we get a little invulnerabilty... maybe for 1 second.. after getting hit.

It'd make game very easy and way less challenging ;)
Don't we already get invulnerability after getting hit? Like when our character flashes for half a second?
The only invuln we need is when resing or giving res.
We don't need to make this game any easier. We aren't playing megaman anymore
Invuln + disabled for a min amount of time? Say min of 2min (click to resume) so that you can run off to do something then come back and resume without getting completely pwnd. The min time would prevent people using it as a survival tool.

Seriously, if you get ganged by a mob you're doing it all wrong - tgat's what your shield is for. Learn to time it so it pushes things back and then move into a safer spot. It's also always good to carry at least one close comvat weapon and one that serves as projectiles (like guns) or area coverers (like bombs).
But seriously, invulnerability after getting hit - even if it was half a second - is a huge no-no.
