Billing - I never actually got charged! o_O

So I needed a little extra energy to get some things done, and went for a nice n' cheap 200 energy at 75c deal, right? However, since I had moved really recently (and when I had updated my bank account's mailing address and double-checked with the support team to see if that'd affect my billing address for online purchases, got a rather confusing and ambiguous answer), I ended up trying both my old and new address when making the energy purchase.

Naturally, the first time with the old address DID bounce, but the second time I tried it - with the new address - it went through and the 200 energy got put on my SK account. However, I checked my bank balance both when I purchased it late last night (way past business hours) and again today (well within business hours), and the 75c charge never seemed to have gone through. It's not even listed as a pending charge which is what usually happens - it just never happened.

I haven't gotten an e-mail asking what the heck's going on from either my bank or you guys, so I'm assuming there's a bug that's gone entirely unnoticed.

Either way, I'd like to purchase more energy soon, so I wanna make sure this bug's solved before I end up trying it again.

I tried just now and it shows up fine on my statement, but as a pending payment. I'm wondering if that may be the case for you guys?

Anyone else have this problem in the last few days?
And specifically only in the last few days, since we intentionally didn't charge for payments made the first few days after we started the preview, we're sneaky that way sometimes.

And don't worry about consequences at this stage, we need feedback on problems like this just don't abuse it please ;)

I can always do that second purchase and see if it clears when the right info's fed in the first time, reporting what happens either way.

But yeah, if more detailed info's needed to work out this bug, I'll definitely be taking this to e-mail. As it is, I'm comfortable with talking about billing on the forum so long as names aren't named, y'know? :P

EDIT: Okay, just tested a second time. The right info the first time through, purchased via the billing site, aaand my bank is still not showing a pending 75c charge of any kind. I'm definitely thinking I'll have to take this to e-mail to provide as much info as I can to solve this.

I guess the stranger running the energy store has the give stuff away for free bug.

As a side note: How does your system handle non-instant payments (like eCheques)?
