So I needed a little extra energy to get some things done, and went for a nice n' cheap 200 energy at 75c deal, right? However, since I had moved really recently (and when I had updated my bank account's mailing address and double-checked with the support team to see if that'd affect my billing address for online purchases, got a rather confusing and ambiguous answer), I ended up trying both my old and new address when making the energy purchase.
Naturally, the first time with the old address DID bounce, but the second time I tried it - with the new address - it went through and the 200 energy got put on my SK account. However, I checked my bank balance both when I purchased it late last night (way past business hours) and again today (well within business hours), and the 75c charge never seemed to have gone through. It's not even listed as a pending charge which is what usually happens - it just never happened.
I haven't gotten an e-mail asking what the heck's going on from either my bank or you guys, so I'm assuming there's a bug that's gone entirely unnoticed.
