Hello guys.
I'm new into the game but already made my way to tier 2.
My question is, which portal takes you to do the boss "jelly king"? and how can you "skip" levels when entering a stage?
I always seem to start from the first tier level instead of going to the 2nd tier from the start (already beaten Snorlax or w/e but cannot start from the town after I beat him)
I know is probably something simple but, well im a noob.

Just wanted to clarify a bit more ~
When you're cleared for T2 access, you can skip straight to Depth 8 (Moorcraft Manor) at any gate. If you've already cleared the entirety of T1 (Depths 1-8) for that particular gate, skipping to D8 is free; otherwise, there's a fee of 200 crowns. You can check the progress tab of your character window. If there's a star symbol under the T2 column of that particular gate (two stars for that gate instead of just one), it's free.
If the button for T2 is still grayed out at the Arcade gate interface, you might not have gotten your clearance yet. Again, check the progress tab of your character window. If you're cleared for T2, it should be showing you the requirements for T3 clearance instead.
ADDENDUM ~ skipping to T2 (and T3) for free only lasts for as long as that particular gate is active. once the gate cycles back, you'll have to either re-run the previous tiers again, or just pay the fee.
So this is what the stars in Progress tab mean :) Didn't know that :)
Btw, I'd like to point out once more that one have to speak with the "gate keeper" guy in order to unlock access to T2 (as Raven said).

Yeah I just checked yesterday and did my first run on the jelly palace.
Who would say jelly would be so hard ._.
Anyway thanks for the help, I just got a Salt Bomb so I will do many runs to the palace these days and see if I can get some boss tokens :D
Alrighty, lets see if I can't clear this up for you mate.
The gate which takes you to the jelly king can be any of them. You need to open the gate map before you enter a gate and scroll down into tier 2 to look for the boss. It'll be three pink castles in a row. If you mouse over them their names will be the names of the jelly maps.
To skip to the 2nd tier, you simply click the button on the left side when you open the gate map that says Tier2. If you have not first completed Tier1 and talked to the gatekeeper to gain access, you cannot jump to tier2.
