This would be useful for several events:
One you join some one and your shield is broken, extremely annoying on FSC.
You join someone, and your vial/health bar on top and bottom are both missing, even if you use short-cuts you can't access pick ups
Is there a way to reload the player into the level? If you have to do it for a small remainder of energy below 5 (so if you have 103 it will become 100, etc.), so do it, if not at least fix the bug.
I'm sorry but can you elaborate on restart? Like, use task manager to kill the program, then turn it on again? (not sure if that would work)
Yes, killing the process it is. More specifically the Java process in wich spiral knights is running; if you have multiple JVMs running make sure you choose correctly. I should note that killing the process and restarting the game works for me under linux, so you should test if before trying to restart the client at depth 27 in firestorm citadel ;)
What's that? Is it that thing with a kernel, usually has free upgrades , and almost 10 different desktop environments? (available)

How about in the options, the would be something you could click that would say, "Shield Reload" then you would wait the appropriate amount of time you would have wait had been destroyed and when the timer goes to 0, the shield would come back... sound good?

I just restart the client. Don't close the session cause that way you'll spawn in haven next time.
