I can't remember how to
I can't remember how to navigate XP.... but basically you need to get to the Windows firewall settings and check to see if it has an entry for either Spiral Knights, or javaw.exe. If it doesn't, you need to either scale back its protection settings or enable notify when it blocks a program, so you can tell it to allow when it tries to connect out.
