Vanquisher gets a Damage
Vanquisher gets a Damage Bonus vs Undead: Ultra, so it's generally more desirable for it's potential damage output.
Albeit, harder to craft.
The line is also only three steps, instead of four steps, meaning you spend less Energy to get your 5-star gear.

Wild hunting blade?!
Com'on! even Vile striker is better than Wild hunting blade! And Dread Venom Striker is really the best 5-hit Sword.

Wild Hunting Blade is the best 5* Sword
*Considering I have most of the 5* Swords and use all of them*
Levitain Blade - isnt really that great comes with no ultra so you just need to be lucky to get a unique with it
Dread Venom - It posions so the opponent cant heal, but no ultra...
Divine Avenger - is good, but very slow

The DVS's potential damage is
The DVS's potential damage is a lot lower than that of the WHB.
Because it has no Damge vs Beast: Ultra bonus and it's charge attack has a smaller radius for attack, meaning it's harder to hit more monsters at once with it.
Plus, WHB just looks way, way cooler.
The Fang of Vog is a dual damage type weapon, so even though it inflicts fire it's damage output is lower than that of the Cold Iron Vanquisher on most monsters.
There are better and easier to attain weapons for abusing the fire status anyway, like the Ash of Agni.
The Divine Avenger's power comes mostly from it's long ranged charge attack and increased damage to Fiends.
It also doesn't curse you every time you use it, making it ideal for people who need a good back up weapon but prefer using stuff like the Ash of Agni or Blitz Needle, since it's so versatile.
Even though it is a Dual Damage weapon, since both of it's damage types hit everything for neutral damage there's no real loss in damage output either.
Really it depends on exactly what kinds of swords you want to use.
If you want speedy swords, go for the Striker series.
If you want slow but powerful swords, go for the sealed sword series.
It depends on what kind of a sword user you are.
I personally like having a few different kinds of swords at my disposal.
