got enough crowns so why are all the recipes on 0...

If you don't participate in the 2 levels prior to the Clockwork terminal all the recipes will be 0 quantity.

The best thing you can do
The best thing you can do about this is tell the rest of the team to see if they'll buy it for you then trade the recipe for the crowns. If you still get no results then you can offer them 1k more and see if that helps.

If you wanna buy recepies
If you wanna buy recepies from Basil at depth 13, you have to arrive at the elevator on depth 11..
If you join a friend or just jumps into a random party that has already started depth 11, you're out of luck..
Looks like its sold out ;)
