what is the best gear of jelly king? can i do it with 2 star items? if not, what 3* equipment should i use? and how much money do you make from one run?

Vile striker
Shadow is NOT the best weapon for the jelly king. He's not terribly weak to shadow (although the pink jellies in the palace are).
Vile Striker or its 5* version Dread Venom Striker is the best sword because it keeps him poisoned so he can't heal. Faust can be useful because curse is great against the Jelly King, but you'll curse yourself sometimes, too. Also, you have to beat him a bunch just to get the faust. If you can't get a vile striker, any non-piercing sword will do, but bring in 3 poison vials, 3 fire vials, and as many curse vials as you can and keep him poisoned, burning and cursed that way. Shadow (nightblade line) is useful, piercing is bad (so avoid flourishes). Elemental is ok because there are plenty of constructs in the palace.
Bring a gun for the gun puppies in levels 15 and 16. I like the cryotech alchemer line best because freezing stops puppies from aiming. Firotech and voltech are pretty good, too. If you can, also bring a fire bomb for the rooms full of jellies in those levels (and put one down while the JK spins to melt his minions).
For armor, piercing defense will help a lot against the spiny jellies. The Ash Tail or Virulisk armor are best (you basically have to use a sword against the jelly king himself), although I run in heavy demo armor with no piercing defense and do fine, so don't worry too much if you can't afford a good piercing set. Any 4* will be good enough if your skills are good.

i got the weapons down, but what about the armour? should i use owlite sheild and wolver coat? sutff like that? thanks again guys

Wolver, Virulisk, Defender, or anything you want.
Wolver line or Virulisk armor (piercing + normal + damage bonus) is most useful for the jelly king, but you can use any 4* armor with normal defense and be successful. I use heavy demo armor and do fine.
I also use the wise owlite shield to good effect, but, again, something with piercing defense (jelly shield or defender line) will take more jelly spike hits before it breaks. Owlite is not ideal for the RJP but it works well enough and will be more useful than most shields against Vanaduke, so it may not be worth your CE to make a piercing shield just for the jellies. You'll have to evaluate your resources and decide whether you want ideal gear or gear that is merely good enough.

for all the levels you can
for all the levels you can use the calibur line, learn to use it and you can do most of the game, although with specific gear you might do the levels faster.
now for the jelly king battle poison is best so the vile striker works perfect, the poison bomb can too, gravitron and or shivermist deals with the minions (but then you need to run as a party because the guy with the bomb wont be hitting the king), curse is awesome on a party and solo as well. The snarbolax shield (thorn shield adds to your damage and provides defense aginst the JK, but wont help much defensively on other levels later on, owlite is best in that regard.

SOLOING
i am a 3*/4* player, i want to ask that how good a person have to be to go solo battling jelly king and win with out reviving too a lot?

Well for a good estimate, I solo'd Jelly King with a 2* helm, 3* armor, and 3* shield with a 3* sword. Having 4* gear makes everything better though I haven't fought JK solo since upgrading my sword, shield, and helm to 4* though I noticed the danger meter go down significantly. Also to note is that I had an ideal set of vials when I solo'd the king; 3 Poison, 3 Fire, 3 Curse, 3 Health Pills which made things go smoother.
All in all its not necassarily being "good" but knowing how to fight Jelly King and fighting him effectively. BTW no one can add you without your in-game name.

i have soloed king when i was
i have soloed king when i was 3 stars, in regarding to gears there's not much of dif btw 3star compare to 4 star, like wise 4 star to 5 star in tier 2.
TIPS:
Curse vials<-- if u got 2 of them and u are soloing = guarantee kill
poison vials<--needed to stop JK from regeneration
fire<--good dmg but not really needed.
AND biggest part of vial is that many NOOOOOOOOOOOBS like to throw everything at once, spamming 2 curse/poison vials at the same time does NOT do double curse. REMEMBER The effect of vials has a duration of time, wait until it wears out before throwing ur 2nd vial or else is wasted.
I have soloed it using 2 curse and 1 psn soloing 3 star, and it helps knowing when to attack king and when not to.
Best gear? a shadow weapon, preferably 4* or higher. shaodw weapons are shadowtech alchemer, graviton bomb, nightblade, and faust.
2* items? bad idea. Youll die a lot unless you got good gear.
3* not too good either better use 4* or good uvs. or good real strong teammates
Money in one run? 5k-9k. unless you get a freak accident with mats.
